Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Zahya Deco does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your selections prior to purchase. If custom orders are cancelled mid project, customer will be issued a 75% refund to account for lost time and materials. In process products may then be listed at a later time for general public purchases. 

Shipping Policies

Shipping prices are calculated based on USPS or UPS postage rates. These rates are subject to change and are expected to increase next year (again).

Pre-made items will ship within 1 week of your purchase but typically ship in 1-3 business days excluding bank holidays.


If you are in the US, please allow 2-7 days for delivery. If you are outside of the US, please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery.

Address Changes
Please email, or direct message, on Instagram about any address changes as soon as possible to ensure the address is corrected prior to order fulfillment. Zahya Deco is not responsible for undeliverable packages or those sent to the wrong address if no changes are provided.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Zahya Deco via email within 24 hrs of delivery (must include photos) if items arrive damaged or if your order was incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it. Zahya Deco offers virtual assistance with repairs. Alternatively buyer can send product back for repair and will need to cover shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued unless your package was insured, and you file a claim through USPS/UPS. Zahya Deco is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or damage created during mishandling. 

International Custom Fees
Zahya Deco is not responsible for customs fees if there are any. Please be wary of import fees especially in Canada. These can be very steep for high value orders.

General Terms of Service

By purchasing from Zahya Deco, buyer is agreeing to the following T&S:

  • Zahya Deco is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • Buyer is purchasing handmade work that will inherently contain minor imperfections, this is normal and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Products are not designed to withstand extreme wear and tear. No refunds will be provided should products be abused post purchase.
  • Products are not safe for young children or pets of any kind as they contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
  • No products should be consumed or placed in mouth. 
  • Items may come in contact with latex, buyer is responsible for contacting Zahya Deco for proper sanitation prior to shipping and is responsible for any additional precautions once product is received. 
  • Items will not be replicated or sold for more than the original listed price.

Should Terms of Service be violated, Zahya Deco reserves the right to refuse any further goods, services, and refunds. 

Disclaimers

Zahya Deco reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Failure to follow terms of service can result in prohibition from future purchases.
Zahya Deco reserves the right to prohibit/blacklist anyone from the shop for rudeness, threats, frequent returning, fraudulent flags, chargebacks, etc. 
Zahya Deco is not responsible for any injury while products are in use.
